B1 Development
& Adapting to YKI test

Grammar & Vocabulary: Learn and practise intermediate B1 grammar, complex sentence structures, connectors, and topic-specific vocabulary.

Writing: Practise opinion paragraphs, formal and informal emails, descriptions, and structured short essays.

Speaking: Discuss familiar topics, express opinions, explain experiences, and give reasons for your answers.

Reading: Work with B1-level articles, opinion texts, notices, and exam-style comprehension exercises.

Listening: Practise identifying main ideas, important details, opinions, and key information in longer conversations.

YKI Practice: Introduce individual YKI-style tasks with time limits.
Month 1
Foundation Review & Transition to B1 Level

Grammar & Vocabulary: Review essential grammar, sentence structures, verb types, cases, tenses, and everyday vocabulary.

Writing: Practise short messages, emails, descriptions, and simple opinion paragraphs. Gradually introduce longer texts.

Speaking: Build confidence through everyday conversations, topic-based discussions, and situational dialogues.

Reading: Read short articles, announcements, messages, and everyday texts.

Month 3
YKI Exam Practice

Writing: Complete timed writing tasks and practise different text types commonly found in YKI.

Speaking: Practise timed responses, picture descriptions, role-play situations, and expressing opinions.

Reading: Complete exam-style comprehension exercises with time management.

Mock Tests: Start with individual skill-based mock tests and gradually progress to complete mock examinations.

YKI Exam Practice

Full Mock Tests: Complete realistic mock examinations covering all four skills.

Can I join the course after the starting date?
Definitely! You are welcome to join us at anytime convenient for you as long as you can catch up with the pace of the group! We also have recordings and class notes for previous lessons so you can easily review on your own time.
How do we train for YKI test?
The course covers all parts of the YKI test in the most efficient way for students. Writing tasks are guided and reviewed personally in class. Speaking is practiced every week in pairs and with the teacher.
What happens if I will be absent from a lesson?
No problem! We have no mandatory attendance policy for our classes. You can review the recording and class notes from the teachers on your own time.
Do I have to follow the whole course?
Nope! Choose monthly subscription plan so you are free to cancel your subscription anytime that you feel ready for YKI test! This option also allows you to change to a 3 or 6-month plan at any time later on.
Please note that our 3-month and 6-month programs are non-withdrawable study plans with fixed installment payments per month, and early cancellation is not possible once enrolled.
